As an integrative practitioner, I combine clinical herbal medicine, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based natural therapies to address the underlying factors affecting fertility and overall health.

My work involves identifying and addressing the underlying physiological factors that influence fertility, helping to optimise reproductive health and create the conditions necessary for healthy conception.

I work with both female and male fertility, supporting individuals and couples across Ireland and the UK at all stages of their fertility journey, including natural conception and preparation for IVF/Assisted reproduction
