The platform is open only to therapists who are certified, insured, and members of a recognised professional body or association. RedaCare operates both a freemium public directory and optional enhanced therapist profiles.

As part of its freemium offering, RedaCare publishes limited professional information about holistic therapists in Ireland. These listings are designed to help the public identify qualified practitioners and access reliable contact details. The information included in a public directory listing may include:

• Full name
• Area of speciality or therapy offered
• Town or general location in Ireland
• Professional phone number

This information is professional in nature and intended for public visibility.

The information published in the public directory is obtained from:

• Publicly available professional registers
• Recognised professional bodies or associations
• Information provided directly by therapists

RedaCare does not publish private or non professional information.

RedaCare does not publish sensitive personal data. This includes, but is not limited to, health data, personal addresses, personal contact details, or any information unrelated to professional practice.

The publication of professional information in the public directory is based on legitimate interest, in accordance with GDPR, for the purpose of improving transparency, visibility, and access to certified holistic care in Ireland.

A freemium listing includes only the minimum professional information outlined above. Therapists may choose to create a full profile on RedaCare, which allows them to add further details about their practice and access additional platform features, including online booking.

Therapists have the right to:

• Opt out of the public directory entirely
• Request removal of their listing at any time

Requests will be handled promptly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Inclusion in the RedaCare public directory does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between RedaCare and any listed therapist. Therapists remain fully independent practitioners.
