Hi, I’m Anne-Marie.
I’m a Holistic and Sports Massage Therapist, and a practitioner of Tapping practitioner. I also host the Women Being Well community and podcast, where I’m passionate about supporting women’s wellbeing in a gentle, realistic, and holistic way.
Women’s wellbeing has always been close to my heart and over time has grown into a true life passion. I understand how stress, overwhelm, and the demands of everyday life can affect both the body and mind.
