Who I Am

Hello, I’m Fiona, and I provide a compassionate, gentle, and holistic approach to your health and wellbeing through Systematic Kinesiology. My goal is to help you achieve balance, ease, and vitality in a way that feels right for you, without any pressure or judgment. I work with adults, children and babies. I have a dedicated clinic for babies and small children at my practice in Stoneyford, Kilkenny.

With every session, I take the time to truly listen to your unique needs, concerns, and goals. I believe in a kind, patient, and non-judgmental approach that honours where you are on your health journey. Whether you’re seeking relief from physical discomfort, emotional stress, or imbalances in your energy, I work with you as a partner to help you find the right solutions that fit your life.

I understand that health is deeply personal, which is why I offer a warm and welcoming space where you can feel completely at ease. Together, we’ll work at your pace, with the support and understanding you deserve.

If you’re ready to take a gentle and empowering step toward better health, I’m here to help you every step of the way.

How I Work

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach that looks at how the body’s muscles, posture, nutrition, emotions, and energy systems work together to support overall wellbeing.

In a systematic kinesiology session, muscle testing is used as a form of biofeedback to help identify areas of imbalance or stress within the body. These imbalances may relate to physical discomfort, emotional stress, nutritional needs, energy flow, or lifestyle factors.

The aim is to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and function. Techniques may include gentle muscle work, acupressure points, lymphatic points, relaxation methods, nutritional guidance, energy balancing, and lifestyle recommendations.
