I'm Jennie Cruise, a multi-award-winning coach, healer, facilitator, author, and speaker with over 20 years of experience supporting both adults and teenagers through life's challenges, transitions, and personal growth. From helping teens manage anxiety, stress, confidence issues, and emotional wellbeing to guiding adults through change, healing, and self-discovery, I bring a wealth of experience, understanding, and compassion to every session.
