BioKinesiology Practitioner Supporting Natural Health for Adults and Children
Who is Melanie Clissmann:
I have been an avid student of holistic and natural health since childhood, always curious about how the body works and how we can support it naturally.
My journey into BioKinesiology began while searching for answers for my two-year-old son, who was waking for hours every night. Through working with a BioKinesiology practitioner, we discovered that he had a severe dairy intolerance. Once this was addressed, he began sleeping through the night, which was truly life-changing for our whole family.
Following this experience, my family and I continued to use BioKinesiology over the years and consistently saw positive results in our health and wellbeing.
Inspired by these experiences, I decided to train in BioKinesiology so that I could support other adults and children on their own health journeys. My approach is gentle, practical, and focused on helping people understand how their diet and lifestyle choices can influence their overall health and wellbeing.
How does it work and what happens during a session:
BioKinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy that uses muscle testing to gain insight into your body’s biochemistry and identify imbalances that may be contributing to symptoms.
During a session, muscle testing is used to assess how your body responds to different substances and stressors. This may help identify issues such as food intolerances, toxins, infections, nutritional deficiencies, or gut imbalances such as dysbiosis.
The aim is to investigate the root cause of symptoms and identify the most suitable support for you. Based on the findings, a personalised plan may be suggested which can include nutritional guidance, targeted supplementation, and practical lifestyle adjustments.
What will those sessions be useful for:
People come for BioKinesiology sessions for a wide range of health and wellbeing concerns. These may include:
Food intolerances and sensitivities
Digestive issues and gut imbalances
Low energy or fatigue
Skin issues such as eczema or rashes
Hormonal imbalances
Sleep difficulties
Stress and emotional wellbeing
Support for children’s health and development
BioKinesiology sessions aim to support the body’s natural ability to rebalance and function optimally, with each session tailored to the individual.
