1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the RedaCare website and platform. By accessing or using RedaCare, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Public Directory Information Notice, Code of Ethics, and any other policies referenced on the website.

RedaCare is an Irish digital platform designed to make certified holistic care more visible and accessible across Ireland. RedaCare provides a public directory of holistic therapists and optional digital tools such as online booking.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the platform.


2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the RedaCare website and associated digital services.
• "User" refers to any person accessing the platform, including visitors, clients, and practitioners.
• "Practitioner" refers to a certified holistic therapist listed on the platform.
• "Client" refers to any person searching for or booking services through the platform.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, data, and material displayed on the platform.


3. Nature of the platform

RedaCare is a listing and booking platform. RedaCare does not provide medical or therapeutic services and does not act as an employer, agent, or representative of any practitioner.

All services advertised or booked through the platform are provided independently by practitioners. Any agreement for services is strictly between the practitioner and the client.


4. Eligibility and use

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

Practitioners listed on RedaCare must:
• Hold recognised certification in their area of practice
• Maintain valid professional insurance
• Be members of a recognised professional body or association
• Provide accurate and up to date professional information

RedaCare reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove access or listings where eligibility requirements are not met.


5. Public directory and listings

RedaCare operates a public directory of holistic therapists in Ireland. As part of a freemium offering, limited professional information may be published without requiring practitioners to create an account.

Published information may include a practitioner’s name, area of speciality, general location, and professional contact details.

Practitioners have the right to request correction, update, or removal of their information at any time, in accordance with our Public Directory Information Notice.


6. Practitioner profiles and bookings

Practitioners who register on the platform may create a full profile and access additional features, including online booking.

Practitioners are responsible for:
• Managing availability and appointment settings
• Honouring confirmed bookings
• Communicating with clients
• Managing cancellations and rescheduling

RedaCare is not a party to any booking or appointment.


7. Fees and subscriptions

Certain features of the platform may be subject to subscription fees. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before activation.

RedaCare does not process payments for therapeutic services unless explicitly stated. Practitioners remain responsible for their own billing, taxes, and financial obligations.


8. Acceptable use

All users must comply with the RedaCare Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of access.


9. Intellectual property

All content created, owned, or controlled by RedaCare, including text, graphics, logos, software, design, and layout, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of RedaCare or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.

Practitioner content:
• Practitioners retain ownership of the content they provide.
• Practitioners grant RedaCare a royalty free, non exclusive licence to host, publish, display, and reproduce such content for the operation and promotion of the platform.
• Published profile information may be publicly visible and indexed by search engines.

Users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or reuse platform content without prior written consent.


10. Data protection

RedaCare processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection law. Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy and Public Directory Information Notice.


11. Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. RedaCare does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information published by practitioners.

RedaCare does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee outcomes of any therapy or treatment.


12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedaCare shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from the use of the platform, reliance on information, or interactions between users and practitioners.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.


13. Suspension and termination

RedaCare may suspend or terminate access to the platform where these Terms or other policies are breached, or where continued use may pose a risk to users or the platform.


14. Changes to these Terms

RedaCare may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


15. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
