Who is Jack Careton:

Trained by excellent massage therapists from Canada, my method is rooted in their experiences. The quality of my training and the experiences gained from sports competitions where I participate as a Suédosportif® masseur have enabled me to develop a deep understanding of the body and adaptability to the unexpressed needs of high-level athletes and sports enthusiasts.

Those around me describe me as radiant and grounded. I enjoy taking the necessary time on tense areas. Being naturally curious, I like to delve deep, detect, and work on the tension that bothers you. I also recognize when a topic is beyond my expertise, and I'm able to recommend you to a professional who can help.

How does it work and what happens during a session:

During the initial appointment, I suggest we discuss your health status, your massage preferences, and your needs to establish a massage plan and ensure appropriate care. This exchange will last between 5 and 10 minutes, so it's important to arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time for this first appointment.

Once ready, you'll invite me in, and the massage begins with three deep breaths and the initial touch contact. Touch contact is a non-verbal language necessary to establish trust with you and encourage relaxation. I proceed with the massage techniques we've agreed upon. Depending on your sensations or reactions, we may revise the plan with your consent during the massage.
