Who is Patricia Mullally:

I am based in Ennis in County Clare. Location is not a problem - I can also provide Distance Reiki treatments if you cannot attend in person. These can be as effective as in-person treatments!

How does it work and what happens during a session:

Reiki (pronounced “Ray-Key”) means ‘Universal life energy’ and it’s a form of natural energy therapy founded in the early 20th century by Dr Mikao Usui. Practitioners are taught about, and attuned to, the universal energy which enables them to channel energy into a recipient. This energy can promote self-healing, energy shifting and encourage balance and harmony in the mind, body and spirit.

What will those sessions be useful for:

There is no age limit for who can benefit from a Reiki treatment.  

Parental consent is required for children and often the treatment will be shorter for younger children to accomodate the fidgets :)

Animals also enjoy Reiki treatments!
