Presentation

Who is Marie Mc Aleer:

Naturopath and energy practitioner, I support you, whatever your age,

In Prevention: You seek to maintain or optimise your well-being. ;

In Rebalancing: You suffer from chronic disorders (digestive disorders, sleep disturbances, joint or circulatory problems, chronic inflammations ...).

In Support: To prevent or reduce the side effects of conventional treatments for certain serious pathologies.

How does it work and what happens during a session:

Naturopathy session (adult/child/women): It's a moment of listening and sharing for 1 to 1.5 hours.

It starts with an anamnesis: I gather information about your heredity, dietary habits, lifestyle, medical history, environment, constraints, aspirations ... to best understand the person you are.

Then I perform your vital terrain assessment. It allows me to evaluate your deficiencies and/or excesses and to search for the causes of imbalances.

Together we establish your vital hygiene program (coherent and applicable personalised advice for daily life), in order to correct the root causes of imbalances.

What will those sessions be useful for:

Some benefits of naturopathy's groundwork:

Strengthening or modulating your immunity,

Regulating or alleviating hormonal disorders (amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, irregular cycles, premenstrual syndromes, PCOS...)

Supporting a desire for a child, a pregnancy,

Ending allergies, intolerances...

Putting an end to digestive concerns: acid reflux, bloating, disrupted transit...

Reducing anxiety or anxiety, fatigue or sleep disturbances, burnout,

Improving joint, muscular, and tendon disorders (arthritis, osteoporosis, tendinitis...)

Resolving skin problems (acne, eczema...)

Slowing down and/or preventing chronic diseases
